It was time for a Sunday dinner on a Saturday because people are going sailing. Z needed a drink so he foolishly wondered to himself if there was a Reddit for cocktails. Turns out there are two: R/cocktail and R/cocktails. This tasty concoction came from the front page of R/cocktails.

It appears to be a custom cocktail from Reddit and you can change the fruit out for other seasonal fruits like apricots and nectarines or possibly plums. And for those who don’t like gin, bourbon can be substituted. Truly a drink for all seasons.

Ingredients

• 2oz Gin
• .5oz Lemon Juice
• .5oz St Germain
• .25oz Simple Syrup (if peaches not too sweet) 2 Slices of Peach
• 5 Mint Leaves

Muddle the peach slices and mint, add the rest of the ingredients and then shake with ice and strain into glass. Garnish with peach slices and some more mint and enjoy.

The verdict: A tasty summer drink, good for sipping on the patio. It was enjoyed by all.
